The terms and conditions, as reproduced in this section, regulate the contractual relations between the seller and the client and/or member and are an integral part of it, unless the parties agree otherwise.
Contractual relations arise when a natural and/or legal person registers as a member or when the customer places an order on the georgianaiordache.com website and only after confirmation of the order by the seller, each order generating a contractual relationship distinct from previous and/or future ones.

B. Product information
All information about the products can be found in the description of each product. The colors, the texture of the material or the shape of the products may be different depending on the monitor used, the internet browser, the operating system or the device from which the site is accessed.
The products from the Luxury Homewear section are made of synthetic silk. For the natural silk version, please contact us by phone - these products are made to order only.
Evening dresses and wedding dresses are made to order, according to the measurements of each individual customer.
The accessorizing of the dresses may differ from the model in the picture, from one color to another, our designer choosing the necessary accessorizing or embroidery for the color with the fabric chosen by the customer.
For color reference, our designer uses the Pantone palette.
C. Placing an order
Step 1: Selecting the product, adding it to the basket and navigating the site to the order completion page (except for the case where the customer wants to add other products to the basket, in which case he returns to the product page) and at the end of the shopping he will navigate to the order completion page;
Step 2: Expressing or not, by the client, consent to the site's terms and conditions; the lack of consent is equivalent to the client's refusal to conclude a sale-purchase contract, the order not being able to be completed;
Step 3: The client can register as a member of the site and create an account or continue to complete the order without opting for creating an account and enter the name, first name, email address, phone number, delivery/invoicing data;
Step 4: Reading the delivery method;
Step 5: Choosing the payment method. The customer can choose to pay for the products with COD paid to the courier or online using Stripe services.
Step 6: Review and confirmation of the order.
Until the completion of the order, customers have the possibility of correcting the errors that occurred during the data entry by navigating the website to the page that contains the erroneous data, and after the completion of the order, until it is confirmed by the seller, the errors can be corrected by sending a request to the e-mail address: georgianaiordacheboutique@yahoo.ro.
D. Order receipt confirmation
After placing an order, the seller will send, to the e-mail address indicated in the order, an e-mail confirming the receipt of the order.
Later, within 48 hours, a telephone connection will be made to reconfirm the order made by the customer.
E. Order Cancellation
The order can be canceled at any time between the date of placing the order and the date of its confirmation by the seller, by sending a written request by the customer to the e-mail address: georgianaiordacheboutique@yahoo.ro or by phone at +40 (726) 251 592 . The request must contain the number of the order for which total or partial cancellation is requested. In case of partial cancellation, the canceled products and quantities will be indicated.
After confirming the order, the order cannot be canceled by the customer.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order under the following conditions:
- the data/details provided by the client are incorrect and/or incomplete;
- the client's requests deviate from the normal pattern of an online order and/or the order is frivolous (for example, without limitation: ordering exaggerated quantities of products, etc.);
- in case of force majeure or any such events independent of the seller.
Any such cancellation of the order by the seller does not in any way engage the responsibility of the seller for the damages caused to the customer, with the exception of the return of the counter value of the products if they have already been paid.
F. Disclaimer
If some product characteristics (description, price, etc.) were wrongly displayed and the delivery has not yet been made, georgianaiordache.com will notify the buyer as soon as possible about the error and ask the customer to confirm the order within a maximum of 3 working days from the date on which he was informed about the error. The order will be canceled if it is not confirmed by the customer according to the new features or if he refuses to buy the product according to the new features.
G. Payment of products
Not Keeping Card Data : The payment card data of the Client/User/Buyer will not be accessible and will not be stored by georgianaiordache.com, but only by the Transaction authorization institution or another entity authorized to provide card identification data storage services, about whose identity the Client/User/Buyer will be informed, prior to entering the data.

H. Delivery
The ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer in the order. The products are delivered, via the courier company TNT Romania or Sameday, in 4-6 working days from the phone confirmation of the order.
The standard cost of transport is 22 lei on the territory of Romania. In the case of cities or towns that are not in the main transport areas for the courier and the delivery cost is different from the standard one, the customer will be contacted to confirm the new transport cost.
I. The right to withdraw from the contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reasons, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date he took possession of the parcel.

There may be system errors, independent of our will.
